Subgroup Scope
This subgroup focuses on identifying and evaluating potential risks and emerging opportunities within the semiconductor ecosystem. By analyzing market dynamics and geopolitical factors, it provides strategic insights to help stakeholders anticipate challenges and capitalize on new possibilities.
Subgroup Digital Twin
This subgroup leverages digital twin technology to create a virtual representation of the supply chain. Key activities include aggregating data on Industrial Alliance members (such as market caps and operational scope), defining shared ontologies, and establishing standardized data models to ensure interoperability and real-time visibility across the network.
Subgroup Stress Test
This subgroup evaluates the robustness of the supply chain by conducting stress tests under various pressure scenarios. Through advanced simulations, it assesses system performance, identifies vulnerabilities, and recommends improvements to enhance overall resilience against disruptions.
